Playtested in duo XMen campaign with ShadowCat Aggression.

Get Your Cape and Crown out asap (do not dump them as a resource for other stuff), and this deck will pretty much play itself.

Combo Team Building Exercise with Sense of Justice and Storm's Crown, to play Agile Flight without having to pay with a card out of your hand. Or Deft Focus and Sense of Justice to play Torrential Rain. Or Team Building Exercise to reduce the cost of your allies. Combined with Storm's Crown, Angel and Forge come out without having to play a card out of your hand for a resource.

More than enough flexible resources in this deck to play what you want, and be very effective every turn.

It is a thwarting machine, and also hits really hard with Storm's built in superpowers. Superpower Training, if in your hand early, can dig your cape out, and you want to choose Storm's Cape over Storm's Crown for obvious reasons.

This abuses the traits Aerial, XMen, and Thwart to play cards for insanely cheap.

One of the best team player heroes with buffs and debuffs. Though this build will also work for solo play easily.

After running this deck through the XMen campaign, I found that it is super fun to play, powerful, and each turn is very rewarding as you play your whole hand every turn for great effect.

I got to play the deck this morning, and I loved it. I didn’t use Lay down the law or mutant peacekeepers. In retrospect, I’d replace them with another skilled investigator for my partner and another clear the area, but everything else was solid!

I agree Lay down the law could be replaced by another clear the area. I’ve found there is more than enough thwart power in this deck, that it could actually be changed to something non thwarty based on my many plays with it.

What I liked about Mutant Peacekeepers is that I could take out multiple schemes at once with it, and this got me out of a jam a few times. I remember taking out 3 annoying schemes with that card in one scenario. They all came out on the previous villain turn. Shadowcat being first player in our duo, helped set that up for me, getting them within range to spread it out with 2 allies.

It was great because I was able to ready right after that using her ability to trigger her special, and using her cape. She is one of the best multiplayer heroes out there!

I am glad you enjoyed the deck. This is my favorite Storm deck to play. It works well both solo and multiplayer.
