This is a simple justice deck that doesn't rely on confusion. It's better played in multiplayer, but definitely works in true solo (Tested and wins against expert core set back to back). I just wanted to test something that can deal with Stalwart villains, but maybe playing Leadership is more efficient (?).

Anyway, as always, trade Under Surveillance for something else when playing Multiplayer.

Foiled! is our confusion replacement, it lets us minimize the impact when the villain schemes.

Lay Down the Law works fine with Warmachine as we want to flip often. Warmachine wants to play his upgrades and supports, so we want to spend the least resources possible in everything else while keeping the table in control.

Vigilante Training helps us recover one of our justice events. It's not a must but it is nice to have if you really need more thwarting and your cards are on the discard pile already.

Allies are mostly used as meat shields. I'm using the ones I have in my collection, feel free to swap them around for others that are cheap and/or have better thwarting.
