This deck is designed to get 3-4 allies into play and keep them in play, chump blocking only when absolutely needed. Many event cards combo off of the ally stats and add them up without doing consequential damage. Three copies of BAND TOGETHER allow you to generate 3 wilds if you have 3+ allies in play, which should be often. This will allow you to play some of the high cost events for free AND play something else the same turn.
Cloud9 will buff the THW of all aerial allies, which is all but one. Cap Marvels 3 ATK is important to add to the various leadership cards that will do her 3 damage without taking damage herself. Ideally both of these allies come into play and never leave.
