One of the biggest complaints about Spectrum is those awkward turns when she has no form change cards. The pretty singular focus of this deck is to never leave her caught with her pants down without a form change card.

The biggest keys for this will be Assess the Situation and Make the Call.

Assess the Situation just allows her to pass cards forward to future turns, so she's always playing with a larger hand with a greater chance of having not only a form change card but the correct kind of form change card.

Make the Call allows her to grab Blue Marvel for an immediate form change or Nick Fury to draw into a form change. The same goes for Call for Backup, which complements Make the Call by allowing her to summon one of them from her deck, not just her discard pile.

Rapid Response lets you put either of these two back on the table when you need them (for example, if you have Rapid Response and Nick Fury and draw into no form change cards, it may be wise to use RR on Nick Fury when he's attacked so you can immediately draw into more possible form change cards).

Command Team allows you to more quickly finish off Blue Marvel so you can replay him with Make the Call or Rapid Response, but it also has value each time you play Nick Fury, or when playing NeXt Evolution scenarios with Hope Summers (who will usually have Spectrum's awesome 3 ATK or 3 THW!).

All of the economy is in the deck for the purpose of being able to easily pay for your form change cards, and Spectrum's 3 THW is ideal for clearing the Player Side Schemes.

I don't get why people make such a big deal out of being in the wrong form. To me there are 2 options - Use your 3 stat and hush OR hang out in 3 THW form till you are ready to push for the win.

That said, this deck has some nice options for people who feel like they gotta flip a bunch.
