The Boy Scout’s Handbook - a Justice Smash Up deck

A fun thematic Justice Smash Up deck.

This deck combine’s Justice and Basic Preparation cards with other preparation-like cards and effects to produce what should be a quite reactive play style. Hopefully we will get more preparations and/or preparation tech in the future, because for now the deck will be quite weak when paired with any hero other than Black Widow. But it should still work to a reasonable degree with any hero.

The reactive play style is probably more Johnny or Timmy than Spike.

NOTE: I build for 'fun', not for 'optimal'. So these may not be the 'best' in their class, but I hope they will be enjoyable to play.
