The idea of the deck is to use only cards with printed physical resources in order to make sure that Hulk never misses. As well as using cards like Jarnbjorn to capitalize on the amount of physical resources.
It’s not perfect because colossus has some non physical resource cards, but it’s about as good as you can get.
