She-Hulk Justice Hurts

She-Hulk likes to build up in Alter-Ego for a few turns. Her AE ability, Beat Cop, Foiled!, Counterintelligence and other allies help Thwart until She-Hulk is able to have a decent amount of Support and Upgrades in order to mitigate her low hand size when it's time to flip over to Hero mode.
