Tony Don't Play / Justice For All

Start off slow as Tony and build those upgrades! Justice helps thwart if you need to switch to hero while still building upgrades.

Basically if you can get an avengers mansion and stark tower in your opening hand that would be one of the best starting hands with some double resource cards.

The other cards that may not look as good actually compliment him getting aerial and also with Repulsor Blast.
