Nebula's Justice Friends Pack

This deck uses her precon strategies; use Brains over Brawn to thwart but deal some damage.

Use the Honorary Guardian upgrade to make Nebula on her Alter-Ego side, so that you can get some Guardian allies out or play Guardian specific support or upgrades.

I'm a glutton for Allies so make sure you get Knowhere out for some card draw.

I know I have too many cards in this, but can easily remove some allies or extra events to minimize down to 40 cards.
