Solo cleared Rise of Red Skull campaign with the Standard 2 set.
Power of Justice didn't feel great in this deck, might swap one or both of those out. Avengers Mansion might also be overkill, having a hand size of 7 as hero is already a ton of cards. May want a second Under Surveillance as a solo player to find it faster, that thing just makes life so much better, especially in campaigns as you're usually punished for allowing the main scheme to advance past the first phase.
