Self-Buffing with Morale Boost and Skilled Strike makes Spider-Woman do a whopping 6 damage. Your goal is to get tenacities out and try to save a self-propelled glide for moments when you use Morale Boost and Skilled Strike. I have done a total of 24 damage in one turn using my basic attack alone because of those four cards.

Ironheart, Maria Hill, White Tiger, and Captain Marvel help with card rotation and Finesse makes it a lot easier to get these cards out (of course it doesn't work on Cpt. Marvel). Team Training and reinforced suit help you keep alive.

I found this deck, with a little set up, can allow you to smash the villain for a lot of damage, and with allies you can keep Spider-Woman alive, or the scheme low. I love this deck for solo, but it is also great in multi-player.
