Note 1: This deck is not intended to have 42, but 40 cards. The idea is to replace To the Rescue! for Chase Them Down when a scenario is heavy in minions and vice-versa.
Note #2: Other version of this deck may include Mockingbird and Iron Heart instead of the aggression allies, plus 2x The Power in all of Us, but this variation should include 2x To the Rescue! instead of 2x Chase Them Down.
Ok. Let's see how this deck works:
Recuperation seems mandatory when a character has 4+ REC. In the case of She-Hulk, and combined with Down Time, it becomes a 7 REC for 1 card plus 2 resources... without exhausting! (which means a lot for heavy natural hitters as She-Hulk). Moreover, She-Hulk loves to change form frequently, so there'll be plenty of opportunities to use Recuperation. Also, recuperation synergyzes pretty well with Focused Rage and with the Toe to Toe + Counterattack + You'll Pay for That combo.
Avengers Mansion is interchangeable with Helicarrier/Quincarrier, but it's not that necessary in this deck, specially because the majority of cards are low-cost, and because of both Focused Rage cards.
The primary way to keep schemes low on threat levels are You'll Pay for That! and To the Rescue!/Chase Them Down, but also allies like Brawn and Spider Girl (due to their abilities) and Hellcat (using her natural THW) may be helpful. She-Hulk's signature support is not to undermine in this regard.
To boost She-Hulk's natural ATK permanently this deck includes God Slayer and Training Combat, while for temporary boosting Skilled Strike.
Finally, Hulk is here to help as a (hopefully) long term chump blocker (not for attacking purposes), specially for those times when Recuperation doesn't come in the right moment. (Brawn could fit that role as well.)
That's it guys.
I haven't checked if a similar deck has been already built, so I'm not sure about its originality. I just hope that those of you who enjoy paying She-Hulk as much as I do give this a try.
Happy gaming!
