At first glance the stats are pretty average, even a little underwhelming, but how you combo Misty makes her absolutely top tier. First off, because she comes in with a tough card you've either got 2 blocks and 1 damage/thwart or 1 block and 4 damage/thwart. Pretty nice. But pair her with two other cards from this wave - Righteous Purpose and Defensive Formation and she gets nuts. A 2 health ally that can effectively do 12 damage/thwart or a combination thereof (even more if you just keep cycling through toughs) OR 9 damage/thwart and still block for you when the toughs run out. She pairs great with Luke Cage because Fogwell's Gym let's you get multiple uses in a turn but I can see her being a strong staple in many Defenders based teams.
