I have played Phoenix about 40 times in different aspects, difficults and mods and never ever have i used this card. There is always something better to play. Also in her kit there is a much efficient minion control, so having another one that is meh at best doesn't make sense. I love Phoenix but her kit is a bit bloated. I'd rather have another card that rewards me for being restrained.
