As the other comments state, MarvelCDB is missing the Hazard icon for this card (the entire reason you'd want to remove it). However, you can Uno reverse card the hazard icon by putting Angel in the 'Pool aspect and giving him some Laser Swords!

It adds 2 threats, turns you into form so you could take damage, and if happens that you switched to alter form to survive the damage, you're back in to that form. Next turn if you still want to heal you haveto go back to alter-ego the threats are +2 since the last turn, and if you are lucky there wont be other schemes that protect the main one. The card adds threats on mulple levels, it's not the worst card but it's not a joke either, hopefully this make it more clear.
