SCL S16R4 vs Mutagen Formula+Shadow King
The goal of the deck is to whittle down Green Goblin until you are set to take down Stage III in one turn. this avoiding the 3 encounter cards he deals you. I did not care if any of the 1 attack minions showed up because I would spend most of the game in Blizzard unless until I got a Bring it. there are several ways to clear all of the minions with 1 card. also included Toe To Toe to deal with the beefier minions. combined with Blizzard you are taking very little damage. The only downside to the deck is that it can be quite slow.
