Cyclops bashes tactically

The main strategy is to attack tactics to enemies to get maximum effect from allies and/or events. If the timing isn't right, use those cards as resources to set up your build or get more allies out so you can burn through them by using them to attack. The deck is assumed to be playing in multiplayer because its thwart is its weak point. It also uses some sub-optimal cards to allow other decks to use those. in particular, adding X-Mansion or Utopia would be powerful choices (replace Moira MacTaggert if you add Utopia).
