The first necessary change is the hard cuts to take the deck to 40 from 42. The second is trying to tweak cards to up the proportion of Energy resources.

I'm of the strong opinion that Hero resource cards like Energy Absorption, or Power of X cards, should be used to substitute for the Max 1 double resource cards rather than be used in addition, as having too many Resource cards will cause dead hands. Switched Genius and Strength for Enhanced Reflexes, as those stay on board for later use and also happen to be Energy. Most of your expensive cards are Leadership, so Power of Leadership can sub in for Genius/Strength, and Enhanced Reflexes is a bit less efficient but allows you to bank resources one turn to use on another turn, which mitigates the possibility of dead hands compared to having the resource boost on a double resource card.

Dropped Down Time (I dislike the card strongly, I barely ever use the Recover action as is) and one Inspire (it's a sunk investment if you don't find enough First Aid to keep your Allies alive).

Finally, swaped one Avengers Assemble for one Strength in Numbers. Both cards are used to generate big turns with lots of allies on board, and I prefer therefore to stock up on the 0 cost draw which I will use heavily all game rather than the 4 cost card that will mostly serve in the end game.
